Our Virtual Interactive Classroom:

With the increase in virtual and remote learning options, Virtual Instructor-Led Classroom(vILC) is quickly becoming a key component of any successful training strategy.

Accessible Learning:

A virtual classroom allows participants to communicate with one another, view presentations or videos, interact with other participants, and engage with resources in work groups. It enables both learners and instructors around the world to participate in live classes to collaborate and interact

The concept of Equal Education to provide quality class lessons to all children started back in summer of 2018. Thao-Nguyen (co-founder) Tran family made their trip to Vietnam. They traveled to various regions of Vietnam, and witnessed the huge gap of disparity in social class status.

The greatest inequality gap was amongst the children’s lack of educational opportunity. Sadly, only rich privileged kids can afford quality schooling. Moreover, private tutoring is only exclusive to the elite family.

Therefore, majority of poor children are illiterate, particularly in rural areas. Ironically, internet technology is available throughout the countryside. The ideas of leveraging “Virtual Instructor-Led Classroom” (vILC) is born; utilizing the internet technology to provide virtual classroom teaching. The ability to reach out to any kids remotely is exciting. Equal Education is established, and demand for teaching immediately exploded.

Today, Equal Education is dedicated and focused on fully utilizing the internet to reach out to kids in remotest regions of Vietnam. Our ultimate goal is to apply same concept to other countries throughout the world.

Flexible Learning:

Online classes also allow for the ability to record class as it happens, including any presentation audio and visuals. This means that the content is accessible even after being delivered, an added benefit for those who want a quick refresher, or perhaps did not fully understand the first time.

Xin chào, tôi là Vũ Phương Anh!

Đam mê tiếng Anh. Tận tâm với các em nhỏ.
Tôi là học sinh lớp 12 đang sinh sống tại Việt Nam. Tôi có niềm đam mê sâu sắc với tiếng Anh và mong muốn giúp trẻ em khám phá niềm vui cũng như sự tự tin mà việc học một ngôn ngữ mới mang lại.

Hành trình học tiếng Anh của tôi

Hành trình học tiếng Anh của tôi bắt đầu từ lớp 3, khi tôi được học trực tiếp với một giáo viên tại Hoa Kỳ. Kể từ đó, tôi đã liên tục học tiếng Anh, và sau tám năm học tập chuyên tâm, tiếng Anh đã trở thành một phần quan trọng trong việc học tập và cuộc sống hằng ngày của tôi.

Qua nhiều năm được hướng dẫn đều đặn, tôi đã xây dựng nền tảng vững chắc về phát âm tiếng Anh-Mỹ tự nhiên, giao tiếp và hiểu biết văn hóa. Kinh nghiệm là một người học tiếng Anh lâu dài cũng giúp tôi thấu hiểu những khó khăn mà các học sinh Việt Nam nhỏ tuổi có thể gặp phải, cũng như tầm quan trọng của việc tạo nên một môi trường học tiếng Anh tích cực, thiết thực và thú vị.

Vào mùa hè năm 2026, tôi có cơ hội dạy một lớp tiếng Anh tại giáo xứ địa phương. Trải nghiệm này càng khẳng định rằng tôi rất yêu thích việc làm việc cùng trẻ em—giúp các em hiểu những kiến thức mới, khuyến khích các em giao tiếp và chứng kiến sự tự tin của các em từng ngày phát triển.

Tôi cũng dạy kèm môn Vật lý và Toán học, đồng thời đã nhận được các giải thưởng trong các cuộc thi Vật lý, bao gồm giải Olympic Vật lý và giải Học sinh Giỏi cấp Tỉnh môn Vật lý. Kinh nghiệm học tập đã dạy tôi cách chia nhỏ những khái niệm khó thành các bước đơn giản, dễ hiểu, cũng như kiên nhẫn đồng hành cùng những học sinh có tốc độ tiếp thu khác nhau.

Tôi tin rằng việc học tiếng Anh không chỉ là ghi nhớ từ vựng và ngữ pháp. Tiếng Anh nên giúp trẻ xây dựng sự tự tin, giao tiếp tự nhiên và kết nối với thế giới rộng lớn hơn.

Mục tiêu của tôi là giúp các em nhỏ xây dựng nền tảng tiếng Anh vững chắc, đồng thời biến mỗi buổi học trở nên sinh động, khích lệ và vui vẻ. Tôi rất mong được đồng hành cùng con bạn trên hành trình học tiếng Anh!

Hello, I’m Vũ Phương Anh!

Passionate about English. Dedicated to young learners.

I’m a 12th-grade student living in Vietnam, and I have a genuine passion for English and for helping children discover the joy and confidence that come from learning a new language.

My English Journey

My English journey began in third grade, when I started studying English directly with an instructor based in the United States. I have continued studying English ever since, and after eight years of dedicated learning, English has become an important part of my education and daily life.

Through years of consistent instruction, I have developed a strong foundation in natural American pronunciation, communication, and cultural understanding. My experience as a long-term English learner has also helped me understand the challenges young Vietnamese students may face and the importance of making English learning encouraging, practical, and enjoyable.

In the summer of 2026, I had the opportunity to teach an English class at my local parish. This experience confirmed how much I enjoy working with children - helping them understand new ideas, encouraging them to communicate, and watching their confidence grow.

I also tutor physics and mathematics and have received awards in physics competitions, including Physics Olympic and Provincial Excellent Student awards in Physics. My academic experience has taught me how to break down challenging concepts into simple, understandable steps and to work patiently with students who learn at different speeds.

I believe learning English should be about more than memorizing vocabulary and grammar. It should help children build confidence, communicate naturally, and connect with the wider world.

My goal is to help young learners build a strong foundation in English while making every lesson engaging, encouraging, and enjoyable. I would love to be part of your child’s English learning journey!
